When I opened Sweeps List this morning it showed old contests from about a month ago and none of my entries show up?

Looks like some security settings on your computer were changed and Sweepstakes List is finding wrong data file. Try to check for data files according to this flowchart:
http://lipigments.ru/smf/index.php?topic=40.0
If you'd find file with date from one or two days ago - most possibly, it would be your correct data file.
Rename other data file (for backup) and move correct data file into other data file directory.
!! Backup data files before any changes.

Okay, they are back but when I select "Run as administrator" it shows I entered all dailies today but when I just double slick on the SL icon, it shows all my dailies are still due. Does it take me to two different data files???

Most possibly, yes. One is in regular directory, another is in Virtual Store. You should decide - what is correct file.
