Help please

I just downloaded this software and am having difficulty learning it.
Sometimes it's hard for me to learn new things.
This is a special request.
Is there anyone who would consider walking me through it on the phone?

I've been working with this for awhile today and still having troubles.
I enter everything in the form click save.
Go to add another one and there's no place to add it.
The last one is showing.
