ARDA is committed to protecting your right to privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.sweepstakeslist.com and the Sweepstakes List program, how it is used, and who else may see it. We use appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect and to keep it accurate.
When you browse this web site
You can browse this web site without giving us any personal information. Like most web sites, our web server may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it only to operate and secure the site and to improve it. This site does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. However, some features are provided by other companies and may set cookies or collect technical information themselves (see "Third-party services" below).
When you buy or register Sweepstakes List
To process your order and issue your registration code we need your name and e-mail address. Payment is handled by PayPal. We do not receive or store your payment card number. We keep your name, e-mail address and registration code so we can verify and restore your registration and provide support. The Sweepstakes List program checks only whether a registration code is valid. It does not send us your sweepstakes data, which stays on your computer.
When you enter a sweepstakes at our site
We use the information you submit on the entry form to enter you in the sweepstakes for the current prize. We may e-mail you the results and announce the next sweepstakes, and we will very occasionally e-mail you special news from Sweepstakes List. You can opt out at any time (see below).
What we will not do
We will NOT give or sell your name or e-mail address to anyone else, except to the service providers described below that help us run the site and process your order.
We will NOT call you.
We will NOT spam you.
We will NOT send you snail mail.
Third-party services
Parts of this site are provided by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply to information they collect:
- PayPal, for payments.
- Google, for site search and forms.
- X (formerly Twitter), for the Follow button.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores and serves the site and may keep standard server logs.
- Web3Forms, which delivers messages sent through our Leave Feedback, Contact Support and Voucher Registration forms, and hCaptcha, which protects those forms from spam.
These services may see your IP address and may set cookies in your browser. We do not control them. Please read their privacy policies if you have questions.
When you contact ARDA by e-mail or through our feedback form
If you contact us, we will use your message and e-mail address only to respond to you. We will not send you unsolicited communications because you contacted us.
When you leave our site
ARDA has no control over the privacy practices of sites outside our domain. If you follow a link to another web site, read that site's privacy policy and contact its administrator with your privacy-related questions.
A note about our Forum
The Support Forum is a separate system with its own registration. When you register, the forum stores your chosen user name, e-mail address and IP address. Anything you post is visible to any visitor. Consequently, ARDA cannot be held responsible for the privacy protection of any comments posted to our forum. Do not post personal or financial information there.
Children under the age of 13
ARDA strongly encourages parents of young web users to play an active role in their child's online activity. Children under the age of 13 should not submit orders, entry forms, service requests or other information to ARDA without the prior consent of their parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices: access, correction and removal
To stop receiving e-mails from ARDA, send e-mail to unsubscribe@sweepstakeslist.com. Your address will be removed from our mailing lists within 24 hours. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, e-mail webmaster@sweepstakeslist.com. We may need to keep the minimum information required to honor your registration.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
